Some of their packages include lentils, rice and whole spices and all of Jaswant’s Kitchen spice blends are 100% natural and free from preservatives and artificial colouring!

A little bit more about Jaswant......
Jaswant was born and raised in Punjab, India, in a farming family. She grew up spending a lot of time in the kitchen with her grandmother, who was extremely accomplished in her culinary skills and had a strong knowledge of Ayurvedic remedies. Jaswant learned from example to treat the land and the livestock with respect, a value which she maintains until today.
The end result of her trials was a very simple system of home cooking where you know what goes in your food. So simple, in fact, that anyone can do it. People with busy lives could even delegate the task to a nanny or housekeeper. She’s been sharing the spice blends with her clients, family and friends ever since then. About three years ago, Jaswant decided to market these amazing spice blends and make them available to the public
