Jaswant Kular, the co-founder and executive chef, is a nutritionist and is originally from Punjab in northern India. Her passion is inspiring people to create the flavours of her motherland with her carefully crafted spice blends and easy-to-follow recipes.
Jaswant has used her passion and knowledge of nutrition and food science to simplify the process of cooking traditional Indian food without sacrificing flavours. Traditional Indian cooking from scratch can be time consuming and daunting. Now with our spice blends Indian cooking is so easy, anyone can do it!
