Ingredients: 4 potatoes 1 tbsp Pepperoncini tapenade.; any flavour works 1 tbsp Olive oil Preheat oven to 375 Chop potatoes into slices or small cubes; cook quicker than large.
Add potato, oil and tapenade to mixing bowl and stir Place on oven safe pan and bake until potatoes are tender.
