Potrait of an Artisan~The Funky Clothesline

Owners of the Funky Clothesline, Dolphin and Gaia Orion, recently moved to Orillia together with their three children.  Now in its fifteenth year, The Funky Clothesline exhibits at various craft shows and folk festivals throughout Ontario.

A unique, full-line of original, colourful, hand-dyed and paited clothing, has been developed featuring big and baggy shorts, cargo, six types of dresses, seven types of tops, skirts, sarongs, scarves, hats, bandanas, diaper shirts and union shirts! Wowza - and, also available: organic tee's, organic tops, dresses and yoga pants.

The Funky Clothesline and their process:

The majority of the blank garments are from Dolphin and Gaia's original designs and patterns.  Only 100% quality cotton is used from which the fabric is cut and sewn.  To keep the craft and cloths unique and interesting, Dolphin is forever learning and experimenting with colours, techniques and fabrics.

*At the shows, personalized drawings can also be requested.

See you all at the show!
