This unique three-day event will inspire your creativity, your senses and make memories at Artfest!
This year’s theme is ‘Explore and Discover.’ “With the three-day festival encompassing Canada Day and leading up to the July 4 holiday in the U.S., we thought it would be fun to celebrate the amazing friendship, history and geography that Canada enjoys with our American neighbours,” says show producer Lory MacDonald. “We share so much along the waterways including, recreation, food, culture, sports, tourism and more.”
MacDonald says the theme is also welcomes visitors from Quebec. “The great St. Lawrence waterway system connects Kingston with many communities including those in Quebec and the colourful history we share in Canada,” she says. It all fit with our overall vision of an art and craft festival that will enrich the lives of many and promote Kingston as a leading cultural centre.”
