Artfest would like to thank all of our Artfest partners, sponsors and volunteers for yet another successful Artfest year. The final show takes place tomorrow at the Distillery Historic District in Toronto so come check out our spectacular selection of fine Canadian arts and crafts.
This year at Artfest Toronto we give big thanks for our collaboration with some of the best organizations and companies around. We really couldn't do this without the help of our sponsors, partners and dedicated volunteers. Kudos to you all; you keep our local art movement alive. Our events are entirely free with kids programming, live music and a selection of original, one-of-a-kind artists and artisans, entirely Canadian and hand crafted with care.
We are proud to be celebrating our ninth year at the Distillery Historic District. The European setting is perfect for our Artfest show and we are excited to be exhibiting this Labour Day long weekend. Founded by the late Donald Nausbaum, Artfest shows are now run by Lory MacDonald who is also an artist.
Lory is passionate about inspiring and promoting artists of all ages, teaching art, and selling her art pieces across Canada, USA and Hong Kong. She will be exhibiting her artwork at Artfest Toronto so be sure to drop by her booth to say hello. Lory is graduate from the Ontario College of Art. Her philosophy about life and art is: Life without creativity and passion is dull. This is her motivation to promote artists and artisans from across Canada and to create opportunities for creative people to thrive.
The world is a beautiful place because of creative people ~ like the artists & artisans in our Artfest shows. We shout out once again a big thank you to everyone who takes part in making such an amazing event a reality.
